Instructions

    1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4×8-inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.

    1. Mash the Bananas: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. This step releases the natural sugars and flavors of the bananas.

    1. Mix in the Melted Butter: Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.

    1. Add Baking Soda and Salt: Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the banana mixture. This helps with leavening and enhances flavor.

    1. Incorporate Sugar, Egg, and Vanilla: Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth and creamy.

    1. Stir in the Flour: Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring gently until no lumps remain. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in a dense loaf.
