Vegan Fudge Recipe

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix Until Smooth:
    Stir the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Make sure there are no lumps of cocoa powder.
  3. Pour Into Pan:
    Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Refrigerate:
    Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
  5. Cut and Serve:
    Once firm, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into squares. Serve immediately or store for later enjoyment.
